Refund policy

I have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Vintage Condition Disclosure

The license plates listed on this site are authentic vintage pieces, many of which are 50 to 100+ years old. As such, signs of age—such as surface wear, rust, paint loss, or small dings—are completely normal and part of their character. Unless explicitly noted, plates are not in mint or unused condition. All items are sold "as is."

I take care to describe items as accurately as possible and include clear photos of each plate. Photos are considered part of the description. If you’d like additional photos or have any questions before purchasing, don’t hesitate to email me.

Returns cannot be accepted for condition issues that are shown in the listing photos or noted in the description.


If You Believe an Item Was Misrepresented

If you feel that an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and describe the issue. Should I agree that the description did not reflect the plate accurately, you may return the item at your own expense, including insurance for protection during return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds are only issued for the item’s purchase price—not shipping.

No refunds are guaranteed unless we’ve agreed the item was misrepresented.


Return Requirements

All returns must be received in the same condition they were shipped. Any damage—including chips, cracks, dents, stains, missing paint, or other changes—will void the return policy.


Damage During Shipping

If your plate arrives damaged in transit, you must retain all original packaging and send clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and any identifying marks. I’ll work with USPS to file a claim, and refunds will not be issued until the claim has been processed and approved by the carrier.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
